Video uploading has been rolled out for all users! Although this is great news this is still in a experimental stage so uploading videos longer then 2-3 minutes could be a problem depending on size. Since this feature is still being tested and is limited it could be disabled at anytime if any problems come up. Thanks for being apart of SparkItUp and please report any bugs to us.
