At the beginning of the month I had a spinal fusion done in my lower back. Since I've been home from the hospital I've been managing my pain entirely using cannabis edibles. My breakfast here is cinnamon toast with half a tablespoon of butter infused with Revel's Zombie Kush. The other half of the tablespoon is in the coffee.

On this episode of Let’s Be Bunt, Montel talks with a cancer survivor, Christy, and her caretaker Kelly. Christy was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and given a prognosis of three to five years to live. She underwent traditional cancer treatment for years, only to have the cancer return time after time until the treatments stopped working altogether. She decided to try cannabis as a last resort even though it is not legal in her home state. Her doctors are amazed and told her to keep doing whatever it is she is doing, as her cancer hasn’t progressed. She credits canna with her ability to leave hospice and move back home and continue to lead a productive life while keeping her cancer at bay.
